What is the latest meaning of "workman" under the recent amendment of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970? Which persons are not included in the definition of "workman" under the purview of the recent amendment of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970?

I do not think there has been any amendment in the definition of a contract worker recently. Where have you found details of such an amendment?
