I have over 9 years of experience in an HR generalist profile and administration. Currently, I am working in a proprietorship manufacturing unit where I receive my salary as 50% cash and 50% cheque. However, I possess a salary certificate for every month signed by the accountant, reflecting 100% of my complete salary. Would this be valid for another company if they request salary slips and proof? Our company prefers not to issue 100% of the salary in cheques. How can I persuade a potential employer (MNCs and other companies) regarding my salary? Please provide your valuable suggestions to me as soon as possible.

Thank you for the reply, but I am not eligible for ESI, and PF is not applicable in our company as the manpower is less than 20. I receive a Rs. 25,000 cheque and Rs. 25,000 in cash every month because the employer mentioned that we cannot show a salary of Rs. 50,000 in records; instead, only Rs. 30,000 per month is registered on ESI. If I require a salary certificate in the future, the employer will provide the certificate and payslip. Is it correct to prove my income to a new company or employer? Please advise.
