Need Help Creating a Salary Slip Format for My New Job Transition

I am working in SoftAge Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. I have to produce my payslip for my next job. I normally receive the salary without a payslip. I want a payslip format. Can you kindly provide me with the formatting for my salary?

You should ask your employer who is legally bound to issue a wage/salary slip. If you are an employee, what will you do with a specimen format as you do not have the correct figures to insert and are also not authorized to issue it, as it should be issued by your employer.

In the absence of a salary slip, you may request your employer to issue a salary certificate for the latest month of payment. That can serve the purpose for your new job.
