Epf Transfer - Pdf Download

Sir,
I would like to know as I have 2 PF accounts , 1st PF accoutn was opened by company whose tender just was for 1 month then other company came they opened a new PF account and generated new UAN number
now the problem is that i want to transfer my earlier PF amount of previous company to the present PF account , How this can be done
Please explain

Dear Upendra as your new company has allotted you UAN No. you need to fill up form 13 manually and get your P.F. transfer.
