How Do I Transfer My Old PF Amount to My Current Account with Two UANs?

I would like to know as I have 2 PF accounts. The 1st PF account was opened by a company whose tenure was just for 1 month. Then, another company came, they opened a new PF account, and generated a new UAN number. Now, the problem is that I want to transfer my earlier PF amount from the previous company to the present PF account. How can this be done?

As your new company has allotted you a UAN number, you need to fill out Form 13 manually to facilitate the transfer of your Provident Fund (P.F.).
