We paid a sum of Rs. 16,100/- through the State Bank of Mysore, Bangalore, on 29th June 2015 for obtaining plan approval and registration for three years from the Department of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety, and Health. The relevant documents were also uploaded on their official website. However, due to a difference of opinion in the management, the documents were withdrawn. We have resubmitted the documents and uploaded them again on their official website.
The Department is asking us orally to pay a sum of Rs. 5,700/- towards registration and plan approval. They are informing us that the payment made earlier cannot be considered but will be adjusted during renewal. Is this correct? What documents should we collect from the Department to take credit for the amount of Rs. 16,100/-?
