This are the salary structure of some of the employees of the company in which i am working. Can anyone please help about the income tax filing and Form 16. who should apply for form 16?

Hi
TDS will be calculated by the Finance department & they will remit the same to Income tax. In rare cases based on the size of the organisation payroll team will take care of TDS & issuing form 16.
