CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE

Hi all
I was worked 4 years in one of the mnc. I was submited for 10C and 19. Form 19 was approved and i received the amount.But form 10C is still shows "CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO XXXXXXXX HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 17.06.2016 IS UNDER PROCESS.Please help me on this issue. form 19 and form 10C amounts not credited at time?

I worked in an organisation, and I resigned my job on March 2,2016. I submitted my Pf form(Form 19) and It got approved. But I missed to submit Form 10C along with Form 19. Is it possible to submit the form 10C separately and also am i eligible to receive the EPS(Form 10C) amount????
