Why Is My Form 10C Withdrawal Still Processing After Receiving Form 19 Payment?

Hi all,

I worked for 4 years in one of the MNCs. I submitted forms 10C and 19. Form 19 was approved, and I received the amount. However, form 10C still shows "CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO XXXXXXXX HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 17.06.2016 IS UNDER PROCESS."

Please help me with this issue. Are the amounts from form 19 and form 10C not credited on time?

I worked in an organization and resigned from my job on March 2, 2016. I submitted my PF form (Form 19), and it got approved. However, I missed submitting Form 10C along with Form 19. Is it possible to submit Form 10C separately, and am I eligible to receive the EPS (Form 10C) amount?
