What category will the labour our DTH company be represented as per labour law?

am working in DTH (direct to home) company in Tamil Nadu. my doubt is whether Tamil Nadu shops and commercial establishment Act 1947 will apply for the company or any other Act will apply. in what category will the labour our DTH company be represented as per labour law. it is not a factory hence factories act will not apply. help me out.

Please refer sec 2(k) & (m) of the factories act and ascertain whether your co falls under factories act or shops & establishment act.
In either of the case all other labur statutes applicable to tamil nadu will apply.
