The Maternity Leave Policy for employees was 90 days earlier. Now, what is the current Maternity Leave Clause in India? Is it 90 days or 180 days? Is it mandatory for small startup companies as well?

Yes, maternity benefits apply to all organizations. How many employees constitute a small company? Currently, maternity benefits are only 12 weeks. There have been no changes with respect to the Maternity Benefits Act.
