Hi.. Maternity Leave Policy for Employees had 90 days earlier. Now, what is the current Maternity Leave Clause in India. Is it 90 days or 180 days. Is it Mandatory for small startup companies also?
Yes Maternity benefits applies for all the organisaions. Small companies means how many employees are there?
So far maternity benefits are only 12weeks. There is no any changes with respect to Maternity benefits act
