Confused About Minimum Wage Rules for Projects Across Different States? Let's Discuss!

Good day.

I am working in an engineering consultancy firm based in New Delhi. I have some confusion regarding the Minimum Wages on our various sites. We do have working projects in A.P., U.P., M.P., Kerala, and so on. What I wanted to know is whether we have to adhere to the minimum wages as per Delhi rules or as per state rules because we do not have any registered office anywhere except New Delhi. Everything is operating from the New Delhi office only. So, which scale should we use for minimum wages?

This is Rajeev working with a construction company as an HR executive for the last 8 months. As requested, the minimum wage is revised by the government every 6 months. Currently, the minimum wage has been revised by the labor department. I am attaching it for you.
