I have applied for an ESI number but didn't receive the ID and password. That's why I applied again, and the second time, I received the User ID, Password, and C11. However, today I received a call from your office informing me that I had applied twice, so my second application will be rejected. When I asked for the User ID and Password for the first application, I was instructed to email IT help. I sent an email to IT, but they replied, asking for an advance contribution challan copy. The advance contribution challan is not applicable to me because my business nature is construction, and I selected Construction Agency when filling out the form. Therefore, I kindly request guidance on how to resolve this issue.
