Hi All, I seek your help with something! It's time for goal setting in our organization for the Performance Review that will happen in September. While most employees have already uploaded their goals, I want to send an email to the recently joined employees who would have settled into the system by now and need to upload their goals. I am looking to initiate this by sending an email to them. However, I am unsure of how to start the email. I aim to set the tone by mentioning something like "hope you have settled well in the system and are clear about the KRAs." It would be really helpful if you could share your thoughts on the same.
