Starting an Online Business from Home: Do I Need to Register to Avoid Legal Trouble?

HelptoStartnewbusiness
Hi experts, I am going to start a business online without an office, so here are my queries:

1) Many websites, like blogs, are popular but not registered under the MCA. They aren't fake and haven't been caught. Why? Do government inspection teams even check them?

2) I don't want to register because I don't want to get my hands dirty. I will be working from home, making maybe not more than 10K/month or nothing. Also, I don't want any trouble because I'll provide my residential address where my parents live if I register. What do you think?

3) My online business may or may not work, which is why this question arises. I will work alone all the time; obviously, this will be my secondary job.

Thanks for reading, guys. Please don't explain about LLP, Pvt, Sole, or OPC registration. I know about them well. I just want to know if I don't register, will I get caught? Please investigate.

Take care, guys. Hopefully, I get answers here as I couldn't find them elsewhere.

Dear,

MCA interference is applicable to business entities like LLP, Pvt Ltd, Ltd. Since you are an individual, there is no question of MCA interference at all. Just forget about MCA and continue your online business.

Thanks & Regards,
