An employees getting a 11000 basic . he is eligible to get pf. when his basic increase from 11000 basic to 18000 basic , then what is rules applicable for deduction of pf

As already the employee is covered under EPF then even if salary is exceeding 15000/- he is eligible for EPF
You can restrict both EE & ER contributions for 15000/-
