Very recently, I joined a service provider company where I'll have to handle the PF & ESI procedures from employees' joining until they leave. I want to know which PF or ESI forms need to be filled at the time of joining or at the time of leaving. What procedures or deductions are likely to be done? Do I need to study any specific books to update myself?
