Resolving Labor License Issuance Challenges: Form V, Contractor Communication, and Legal Compliance

Supriyamd
Dear All,

Here is a peculiar case. Usually, Form V is to be given by the principal employer to the contractor for obtaining the license. However, despite the contractor sending several emails and letters, there has been no proper response from the principal employer. To avoid potential future legal issues, is there an alternative way for the contractor to obtain the license?

Please provide updates and assistance in resolving this issue.

As per my knowledge, there is no alternative way or bypass for the current system, and it is needed when the license process starts in October. You have to issue the same. Please go through the attached copy of all forms.

Seniors, please correct me if I am wrong.

But if we obtain any acknowledgment for a letter stating that we have sent several letters and emails but still have not been able to receive Form V. If labor inspectors visit, the copy of the acknowledgment will serve the purpose, I think... Please correct me if I am wrong.
