Incorrect Designation In Relieving Letter

I worked for customer service deprt. of a MNC as a Customer Service associate. I cracked the interview for an internal job to a higher level (job openings where at its different office in another city of India ) . I moved from office X in one city to office Y in another city . It was a Team Lead role where I had been assigned a team whose performance I had to manage. There is no role called Senior Customer Service Associate in this site. The starting level role is Customer service associate and then Team Lead. When I got my relieving letter my designation was mentioned "Senior Customer Service Associate" . When I talked with the Main HR team they confused me with job title and business title. My role was of a lead and this was the only title, senior Customer Service Associate was mentioned . In my offer letter during the transfer for the Team Lead position and also in the emails that were circulated for the job opening it was clearly mentioned "Team Lead". At first they sent my relieving letter not after the normal 45 days but after more than 90 days and now they are playing with me , each time I email they are looking into this issue. What should I do now or what sort of legal action is necessary. Thanks.

Just to correct " My role was of a lead and this was the only title, and the title of senior Customer Service Associate was never mentioned ."
