Celebrating Success: How Our HR Practices Led Us to Top the 'Exciting & Emerging Companies' Survey

I am a new member of this site but have been a silent observer and visitor to this website. This site is surely a grateful platform for HR professionals to come together in one place to deliberate and help their peers in various interesting discussions related to the workplace and personal lives.

I would like to join with a sense of privilege on an auspicious note that my organization, CORBUS, has been ranked as No.1 in the recently concluded 'Exciting & Emerging Companies to work for Survey'. This survey was conducted at the national level to assess the HR and People practices of various small, mid-sized, and large IT organizations. We not only secured the No.1 rank but also surpassed RMSI, which has been highly ranked in most employer surveys for many years.
