Keywords For Recruiting Through Portals

Hello All,
I want to search PHP developers for my company and i am currently using Shine Portal. I request you to plz suggest the keywords with which i can recruit more developers for my firm.
Keywords used by me are : PHP, PHP Developers, Software Dev, Web Developer, cake php, CI, Codeigniter, MySQL, MVC,wordpress.
please help.

While I am not sure about the reason for above keywords not working for you. I believe you can proceed on step by step process beginning with understanding your requirement correctly including experience required and compensation.
Probably you can modify your search query to begin with just PHP developers and then keep adding to search query to refine it. If it still not working you can check with other shine portal users or their support team if there is any issue.
Alternately if you are looking for fresher PHP developers you are try with institutes training developers with php coding language and who have handled projects also you can try getting their database.

Well, I think, you are putting too many keywords... If you want specific results (candidates), need to put specific key words.... Just imagine from a candidate's point of you, what specific someone working on PHP would mention on his resume.... Think, a PHP Developer would definitely mention "PHP" or "Web Developer" or "Programer" on his CV (So these only should be your keywords)..... This should work in all the searches that you....

"php","php developer","core php","cake php","cakephp","wordpress","magento","laravel","co deignitor","codeigniter","code ignitor","web developer","web application developer","joomla","zend","lamp"
Also it matters what your required skill is! So keep that skill in priority than others after writing php and php developer.
