We would like to get the details or bifurcation for the WB minimum wage rate for employees deployed under Shops & Establishments. Kindly share with me the notification as well as the per day wage rate details.

At present, I do not have that notification. Please consider the rate as per the construction industry. Rates are the same.

Kindly let me know whether statutory payments like PF, ESI, gratuity, and bonus would be payable based on the minimum wage as prescribed.
