Resignation Salary Deduction and HR Communication Issues

Dear Sir,

I am currently working at a textile company. I submitted my resignation on February 20, 2016, to the HR manager, mentioning my last working date as February 28, 2016. However, the company deducted one month's salary.

My designation in the company is Junior System Administrator, but on the payslip, it shows as Junior Executive. I have informed the HR manager about this discrepancy multiple times, but she has not taken it seriously. In the acceptance letter, I noticed that I didn't sign two letters by hand.

Thank you.

First of all, you need to write in a clear manner what your problem actually is. Secondly, you need to improve your communication skills as it will hinder your growth anywhere if people are not able to understand what you are trying to say. Your post above is difficult to understand.

You resigned on 20th Feb with 8 days' notice. I assume your company has a one-month notice period. So naturally, they will deduct the salary for a month.

Dear Vasu,

God bless you. In the absence of your terms and conditions of employment, it is difficult to comment. In any case, a 7-day notice will not be acceptable to any company. Your appointment details can only be reviewed in the appointment order to provide comments. Lastly, you need to improve your communication skills.

Blessings,
Dr. Ram
