Understanding PF Deductions, ESIC Registration, and Employer Contributions in a Domestic BPO Setting

We are a domestic BPO based out of Hyderabad with a very high turnover. Kindly advise whether the employer can make payments on account of PF and ESI (both employee and employer contributions) without recovery from the employees. I would be thankful for a review and advice.

No, it's not possible. If any employee is drawing basic+DA less than 15000/-, then it's mandatory. Even if above 15000/-, it's mandatory if the employee is already an EPF member in the same organization or other organizations.
