How Do I Merge Two ESI Accounts for Better Benefit Management?

Supriyamd
To merge two ESI accounts, where the contribution is going to one account and the ESI card is in another account, you will need to contact the relevant ESI authorities. They will guide you through the process of consolidating your accounts to ensure all your information is in one place. It's important to provide them with all the necessary details and documents to facilitate a smooth merging process. By following their instructions and completing the required steps, you can successfully merge your ESI accounts for easier management and access to your benefits.

1. Sir, the issue raised by you is not clear. All the amounts in ESI are deposited in ESI Fund Account No.1.

2. In case by "Accounts", you mean ESI Code Number, then please clarify why you have 2 separate ESI Code Numbers?

3. It will be better if you visit the appropriate Branch Office Manager of ESIC to which your unit is attached along with ESI Cards of the concerned insured persons and get the necessary corrections done in the matter.
