As far as visiting and writing about the column is concerned. I dont think that someone here is required as an Counsellor to me.
Related to the article and the views against it...It is not mandatory that all should write excellent and go getter words. What i felt I expressed.
Spending more than 8 years in HR - I wrote what I feel about the article.
