Bonus Letter - Letter Drafting

Please help me in drafting the bonus letter. We are planing to give bonus to the staff before Diwali & would like to give personalized letter to all stating their bonus amount. Thus pls suggest how to draft this letter.

We are pleased to inform you the release of this year (quarterly, Half-yearly or annual or diwali) bonus.
(If the bonus amount varies according to the position or performance you can include the following)
You are entitled to receive a bonus amount of (XXXX K), determined and valuated as per your position served in the organisation (or as per your performance this half year period or any)
Congratulations and we hope you to provide continued services, efforts and values to the organization.
Your bonuses would be credited to your account on (Date) or along with your salary(which ever applicable)

Hi all, I need to come out with a memo to notify my staffs that there will be a bonus this month.
