I Would Like Start A New Business

I would like start a new business, but confused where to get projects and as of now working in an Bpo industry, still have a doubt that will this market sustain for more years( unless customers exist this industry stays healthy as my point of view is!, correct me if I am wrong ) I can start a business but I don't know where to get the projects, I am good at managing people and wish the dream to become a future well grown service provider... I know there are huge lots of stress involved, help me with some projects mostly non voice preferred if I reach some level sure will get in all projects soon... I want be successful with what I get Expectating your helps and comments I am not an CEO still but a fire inside me

look at business prospects,finance required-basically make a business plan and then decide whether you want to go ahead or not.Starting a business is not easy-funds,guts and hard work and readiness to accept ups and downs.
