Esi Half Yearly Return - Esi Returns [Thread 564442]

we are registered in ESI also making online ESI payment please tell me Do we Need to file half yearly ESI return or not,

1. I think, in respect of those employers who are making online compliance, half yearly returns are automatically generated online. Please go through online procedure of ESIC.
2. However, I will suggest you to please confirm the position telephonically from the appropriate branch office of ESIC to which your unit is attached.

Half yearly return is no longer required after implementation of online process.
