Can I Withdraw My PF Pension Contribution After 3.4 Years of Service?

Please answer my one small query. I have completed nearly 3.4 years of service, and I quit my job. So for this tenure, can I get/withdraw the pension contribution amount that was saved in PF? According to the UAN passbook, there are three categories - Employee share, employer share, and pension contribution. Please clarify, Sir.

Dear Tanmoy Roy,

You are eligible to receive withdrawal benefits from the Pension Fund. Please claim your withdrawal benefit by submitting Form 10C.
