Concerned About Hiding Past Employment: Can My New Company Discover My Previous Job?

I worked in company A and left after working for 3 years. I then joined another company B (I transferred PF to Company B), but due to some issues, I left Company B (worked for a year). Now, I have joined Company C. If I don't give UAN, will they be able to find out? I don't want to show that I worked with Company B.

Please answer me ASAP.

In the Form 11 (Declaration form), if you mention that you didn't have a PF account or UAN, then it will be difficult to find out. However, it is still better to continue with the same account.

I joined Company C without mentioning Company B on my resume. Will I face any problems in the future?
