How Can I Request a Transfer from Hyderabad to Nasik Without Personal Reasons?

I need a letter to request a transfer from Hyderabad to Nasik as my native place is Nasik. The letter should not include any personal reasons. I am a PSU employee. There is a vacancy in the Nasik unit for the same post that I am currently holding. With reference to that post, I would like to request the transfer.

It would have been so much better if you had put up a draft. Seniors would have corrected it and fine-tuned the letter/application.
