It helps the management in decision-making, like identifying the reasons for resignation, areas with high attrition rates, and other factors crucial for decision-making. With the help of MIS, you can generate various reports, such as annual attrition, region-wise attrition, region-wise manpower distribution, and graphical representation of regional manpower status.

List the names of new joiners for the month along with details like CTC, Designation, DOB, etc.
Fourth Sheet -
Resigned Employees
Record the names of employees who resigned during the particular month, including details such as name, designation, date of joining, date of resignation, and last working day.
Fifth Sheet -
Attrition Rate
Based on this MIS report, you can analyze the attrition rate, qualification analysis reports, team management reports, and other essential reports.
