Claim For Maternity Benifit

Dear Friends,
I am working in a Pvt. Ltd. Com. for last 5.3yrs. last year I have taken Maternity Leave for 3 months(April'15 to June'15). But my management didn't give Maternity benefit as they approved for the same. I have given a email to the concern Dept. but didn't get any reply for the same. last one year I am waiting for the same.Pl suggest me what to do.

Please put a final application asking for Maternity benefits.
If they deny or keep quiet,then approach labour officer of the area with your problem of denial of Maternity Benefits.

You are currently working for that company
You apparently have a stable job.
You can always take up the matter with the help of the labour commissioner.
However, please understand how it will affect your employment.
You will get maternity leave wages. But Will you still have a job after that ?
