Can We Submit an Excel Sheet for Our 600 Employees' Wages and Muster Roll?

Two days ago, PF officials came to our office for an inspection and gave us a letter. According to the letter, we are required to submit the Wages register and Muster Roll within two days. Currently, we have over 600 employees, so as you are aware, maintaining handwritten registers is not easy. In this situation, I would like to inquire whether a printed Excel sheet in the prescribed format would be acceptable.

You can submit the printout of your payroll data with your company seal and signature. Make sure that any of your employees who are earning less than 15k as basic salary are contributing to EPF.
