Seeking Help: How Can We Create a Communication Skills PPT for New Employees?

Greetings of the day! I am currently working in a Market Research Firm. Can anyone help me with the Communication PPT which explains how an employee can improve his/her communication skills? We hire freshers who require training in communication as well.
