Is There Any Salary Payment Due Date Under Factory Act.

Hi All,
my employer always paid salary upto 15 to 20 after completion of month which is much late... please tell me is there any due date of salary payment under factory act.

If you have less than 1000 employees then by 7th of following month
>1000 employees by 10th of following month on a working day.

under which act. it is stated that the payment should be made within 7 days after completion of month also provide me relevant section/clause for the same,

There is no provision under factory act but it is specified in sec 5 to 7 of payment of wages act. Payment of wages act is applicable to all factories in India
