My senior head told me to find a new job because I had taken a leave as three of my cousins died. I had already completed the whole month of May and up to June 6th. Now, they have stated that I am absconding, but in my six-month agreement, there is nothing written about not being responsible for this type of situation. Please help me.

If you have worked for the entire month of May and up to June 6th, then you are entitled to the salary. Were you marked as absconding? Did they send you any show cause or charge sheet? If yes, did you reply to it?

I had informed my head as well as my team leader about the leave. There is a 6-month probation period. They didn't send me any charge sheet. The boss himself said, "Don't come to the job and find a new one." I asked again on WhatsApp, and he confirmed that he is sure. I have a WhatsApp message thread too.
