Hi all recently I have been moved from quality department to operations in bpo sector. In my team member ers are not doing the job daily basis ie not met the target and maintain the quality. So I request you to all to provide the ideas to improve / achieve their targets...

First understand the operations necessary in the department.
What are targets and shortcomings in fulfilling the target?
How many members are achieving ?
Discuss with the team problems,weaknesses and any technical reasons for not achieving
