How to take legal action against Galaxy Management Services Pvt. Ltd.? This company did not deposit my PF amount into my PF account properly, but they deducted it from my salary.

You do not need to take legal action. Just go to the PF office and meet the PRO. In case you can't meet him, then take an appointment with the DY Commissioner or the head of the vigilance cell. Take all details and proof that you were working there and show it to them. They will take action and help you get the money. I have seen them taking criminal action against the owners of the company.
