How Can I Make Our HR Portal More Engaging with Interactive Games and Questionnaires?

I have just joined this group. First of all, I would like to give my warm regards to you all and hope that I would learn a lot here in this group.

I am supposed to make the HR Portal of my company more interesting, noticeable, and interactive for employees. Could anyone give me any ideas on how to incorporate interactive HR games/questionnaires, etc., on the HR Portal?
