Hi all, I am working in a private limited company in Tamil Nadu and have been transferred to the HR/admin department. Currently, it is very challenging for me to work with limited knowledge. I have familiarized myself with a few rules regarding leaves by reading books or browsing the internet. Additionally, I consult the Shops & Establishments Act for other staff-related requirements. However, I feel that my knowledge is not up to the mark. I am eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR systems.

Could anyone suggest any online courses that offer certificates or any correspondence courses/diplomas in HR or any other courses related to labor management available in Tamil Nadu? Please provide me with information.

You can pursue a PG Diploma in HR Management at Symbiosis through distance learning. The materials provided by them are really good, and the teaching methodology is awesome.
