Challenges with Cognizant Joining Date Change and Recruitment Communication

I got an offer from CTS, and they set the joining date as 6/6/2016. I was asked to complete my onboarding and pre-joining formalities. I want to change my date of joining to 13th June 2016. I was asked to contact my recruiter regarding this, but unfortunately, I can't reach my recruiter, either by email or phone. Can you please help me with this issue? I would like to join by the coming Monday. I have already sent numerous emails to the recruiter, the onboarding team, and the BGV team of Cognizant but am only receiving auto-replies.

Personally, I find it very unprofessional for an organization to not respond to emails - especially from a candidate who has already been provided with an offer. I would choose to stay away from them, but that is just my opinion.

Moving on to your point - is there any specific reason why you are so eager to join them?

Hi, I already took a break for the last five months, and I now have two offers - CTS and TCS. However, I prefer CTS over TCS. I have already completed my pre-joining formalities. Additionally, TCS is pressuring me to join immediately.
