My PF NO. Is KN/BN/43003/148. I Dont Know About The Establishment Code and UAN number.
Please Help Me Out To Get The Establishment Code and UAN number Or Please Let Me Know How Can I Get The Address Where My PF Is Maintained.

As per the PF number that you mentioned The PF office is located in Bangalore, Near Richmond Circle, Rajaram mohan Roy Road. Your Establishment code is 43003.
UAN number shall be given by the company itself or by the EPF Department
