We have inroduced Suggestion box in our organisation and got some sugesstions as well now i have to acknowledge the same and writing thanks for the same.
I have drafted something like this.
Dear All,
Thanks for writing in the suggestions. We are working on the same and will be updating you on the movements.
Keep pouring your valuable suggestions.
Want little more creative in words please give suggestions

First of all let me compliment you on drafting an outline of the reply and then seeking suggestions on fine tuning it.
Broadly the contents of your reply cover the essential message you want to convey. However, I am not clear about who you are replying to. Your draft suggests it is a 'thank you for your suggestion' to all employees. My suggestion for the draft is as under:
Dear All,
Thank you for writing in and sharing numerous suggestions with us. We are delighted with the good response to the suggestion scheme and also the practical suggestions shared with us. We are studying the various suggestions and the feasibility of its implementations. We shall keep you informed about the outcome of the same shortly.
Meanwhile we encourage you to continue to share your suggestions with us.
Thank you once again for your active participation and insightful suggestions.

In addition, you can remodify suggestion Format with details like - Suggestion no./ received on....(date)....stamp of HR and signature.With these informations and above contents given by ACT can be cut and handed over to suggestor same time.
