I am Working in one Software company I like to know the IT companies are comes under which act? Factory or Shops & Establishments act ? Kindly share me the details.Thanks in advance.

IT companies comes under Shop & Establishment Act. of the respective state.

Software companies not producing/manufacturing any products. As such the company is not a Factory under the Factories Act.
It is an Establishment and carrying business in IT. Therefore it comes under the Shops and Establishments'Act.
