Dear Srinivas Garu,

The TG VDA from 1.10.16 to 31.3.17 is showing 1271. We fall under Shops and Commercial establishments. Can we consider Rs. 6.4 X 1271 points under TG Minimum wages, which comes to Rs. 8134.4 as VDA and Basic Rs. 3700 Total Rs. 11834/-?

Please help me in this regard.

VDA is payable for the CPI points over and above 525 points @ Rs 6.40 and not for the entire 1271 points.
