Seeking Advice: Can We Secure Permanent Positions After School's Management Change?

brize41u@gmail.com
Dear Sir,

We were working in a government tribal school managed by a trust. The school has now been taken over by the government from the trust, which is an NGO. Despite this change, we have continued working for the school and remain dedicated members of the school community. We have been with the school for almost 3 to 4 years without any breaks in attendance, and we have not received any salary statements during this time.

We would like to inquire about our rights regarding job security or the possibility of obtaining permanent positions within the school.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely
sanjay bagada
Dear,

If that is granted, the school and all government processes are filled by them, then you can't claim on the school. But first, you must know very well that it is a must for the school to be granted, and you have not mentioned any proof like ID card, salary slip, PF, or government registration.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,

Yes, the school is recognized by the central government. We have salary slips and PF slips. There is no break in the attendance sheet and salary.

Thank you.
