HR Audit in Hospitals: What Data Should I Analyze and How to Prepare a Questionnaire?

hussain19
Hi all, I am doing my summer internship at one of the reputed hospitals. My topic is HR AUDIT. Can anyone please help me with what data I should analyze for the HR audit in that hospital and how to prepare a questionnaire.

Hi Hussain,

I can share with you a study material/report prepared by Ms. Rashmi (I am not sure if this is from Cite HR or elsewhere). The report is very elaborate and well-written. It will give you an idea of a hospital functioning from an HR point of view and help you to prepare your questionnaire.

Hi Hussain, There is another suggestion. Nowadays, many hospitals are covered under ISO standards. You can surf the net or even try in Cite HR archives under the caption HOSPITAL AUDIT ISO STANDARDS. V.Raghunathan

Hello Mr. Raghunathan,

Thank you very much; I appreciate your reply to my post. The attachment you provided is about training and development at hospitals, but my project is on HR-AUDIT. Therefore, I kindly request if you could assist with questionnaires related to HR-AUDIT.

Thank you.

Dear Mr. Hussain,

I hope you have seen my second email. HR Audit in hospitals can also be searched in the Cite HR archives and on the internet. From my personal experience, I can say that if you follow any ISO audit standard, you can create your own questionnaire.

Good luck, V. Raghunathan

Dear Hussain,

May I please know where you are studying and in which mode? The way to go about preparing a questionnaire is to search research articles on the web, study them, and prepare your aim and objectives. For example, I found this link http://www.worldwidejournals.com/ija...223794__93.pdf at https://www.google.co.uk/#q=HR+audit+in+hospitals.
