How Can We Create a Unified Leave Format for All Our Divisions Across India?

Dear all,

We have a division all over India, but we do not have a common leave format for all divisions. Can one format for all divisions be maintained or not? This is because their attendance procedure is managed from our corporate office, and we need to maintain their attendance at the end of the month. What format can we prepare for that? Can anyone provide a format?
