What should be an answer to the question, "Why did you choose HR as a specialization?" I am not satisfied with the way I'm choosing to say it. Please suggest an appropriate answer to the question, even if it's not perfect, but possible answers that I can use.

Thanks.

Hi,

When asked this kind of question, I stated the following:

"I am a very simple person and I believe in simplifying things. I think from the heart but decide with my brain."

During my initial year of MBA, I had been to various shows featuring famous and eminent industry personalities. In these programs, I noticed one thing in common - most of the HR people were similar to my basic character. So, I saw myself automatically linked to a profession without the need to make a choice.

My decision was a conscious one, and to this date, I have never regretted it.

Thank you,
Octavious
