Business Development, the word itself is self-explanatory. If you are a self-employed person without any other resources, then you yourself should mine for data of potential clients whom you can call and tell about your business services. This has to be a regular activity. Other modes of getting leads are through referrals, previous clients, etc. Keep trying to build leads, and they will one day convert into a client who gives business.
